The service needed to be worked on a bit, The sushi looked and tasted delicious! However the ramen had very little flavor to it, not only that, the seafood ramen bowl only had a few small pieces of shrimp. The noodles used in the ramen cause stomach discomfort and did not taste natural.

Spicy tuna and avocado on Pringles?! LOVE this!! Chef’s choice spicy sushi is a hit! Getting hibachi without all the noise and fire in our faces is also a win! We LOVE this place! The quality of sushi is excellent. The taste, texture, temperature all perfect! Table, booth or sushi bar all comfortable and service is always friendly, fast and fun. Sushi chefs are world class and we also love our regular server, Sumi!

Our server was very friendly they also apparently have a $10,000 robot that serves the food. My food did not seem hot but it was not cold. I got lobster and steak and it didn’t seem like much. They probably could’ve done more veggies but other than that it was OK tasty add ginger sauce and Yum Yum sauce. The ginger sauce was pretty good. The salad was good but I had a lot of water in the bottom. She did replace the salad and also bring me extra dressing, the soup was standard for most of these hibachi type restaurants. Also, they do not cook in front of you. It’s cooked in the back and brought out the price did seem a little high for what you got I’m guessing maybe 2 to 3 ounces of chicken 3 to 4 ounces of steak I paid 35 I think for lobster and steak. Anyways, it was nice but I probably won’t be back to this one. It’s not that I don’t recommend it. It’s just Soso for me. my other family members might go back was there a verdict.

First time. We went at 530 on Friday without a reservation and was seated right away. Fun and energetic atmosphere. They have a fun robot that assisted in delivering food. The food was excellent. We ordered a shrimp tempura appetizer, then filet and shrimp hibachi, lobster and shrimp hibachi, and udon with chicken entrees. We will definitely be returning.

Definitely a staple restaurant in Eagle. My wife and I went for our anniversary and everything from the starters to the dessert and everything in between was excellent. My wife loved their cheesecake tempura and I couldn’t get enough of the Gyoza dumplings. Our rolls were professionally crafted and very tasty. The Cowboy was exceptional. Our kiddos salmon dish was perfectly cooked and was not overwhelmed with seasoning making it easy going on his little tummy. Our waiter Nate was very knowledgeable of the menu and offered great sake recommendations. Very fair prices for everything we ordered too. All around a great restaurant and experience!

The sushi was excellent for appearance, looking lovely and almost too pretty to eat. What the heck I am paying for it and I’m worth it. . The service was excellent and thy have one of those robots that will bring you some food. I wonder if these robots may pick up in AI and do strange things. Seriously this place is on the top five places I have tried and I have tried MANY of them because I have been making sushi myself.

This was my first visit to Izumi’s, and while there were definitely some positives, there were also a few drawbacks that would make me think twice before returning. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken, which was priced at $20.99. While the quality of the food was solid, the chicken was tender, the marinade had a great flavor, and the vegetables were cooked nicely, I felt the portion size and quality didn’t quite match the price. It seemed a bit overpriced for what was actually served. The fried rice was underwhelming. It barely had any vegetables and tasted more like plain rice with a light sauce rather than a flavorful, well-mixed fried rice dish. I was expecting a bit more depth and variety there. One thing that stood out in a good way was the service, our server was friendly, attentive, and quick. The atmosphere was also enjoyable. It wasn’t overly noisy, which made it easy for our table to have a conversation without yelling over background noise, a big plus in my book. However, the menu was confusing and hard to navigate. It listed only the names of dishes with no descriptions or photos, which made it difficult to know what you were ordering, especially for first-time visitors or those not familiar with Japanese cuisine. This lack of clarity also makes the restaurant a tough choice for people with dietary restrictions, such as gluten intolerance. There were no indicators or labels for allergens or special dietary options, and no guidance from the menu itself. Overall, while there were some highlights like the service and ambiance, the pricing, menu clarity, and lack of accommodation for dietary needs make this a place I’d probably only return to if I knew exactly what I wanted to order.
